Volume lashes is a technique in which multiplied lash extensions are fanned out and applied to one natural lash (one to many). With the proper treatment and care and maintenance your lashes should last roughly a month. With environmental and day to day impacts as well as the natural shedding of your eyelashes, you will see some reduction in your lashes over the course of weeks. To sustain your look, we recommend fills every 2-3 weeks.

This can be a very subjective answer. The blanket answer, is every 2-3 weeks. BUT, you may have to come in sooner to get your eyelash extensions refilled if they are not taken care of as recommended by your master lash artist.

Eyelash extensions will not damage your natural lashes because they are placed on an individual eyelash which allows the extension to shed with the natural lash. If you have gone to a uncertified lash artist, you may be experiencing issues if they were not applied properly. If this is the case, let's get you in to see our master lash artist and have this corrected! Everyone deserves beautiful, professionally applied eyelash extensions!

While it is highly recommended you do not get your lashes wet for the first 48hours after receiving them so the adhesive bond can properly cure and hold, your lash extensions are technically water resistant. Please keep in mind any chemicals in pools, hot tubs, etc may wear down the adhesive bond quicker resulting in you requiring more frequent refills.

They short answer to this question is no. They are adhered directly to your natural lash about 1mm from the skin. If your lashes are ever glue so close to your eyelid that they attach to the eyelid its self, they must be immediately removed by a professional and a new set applied correctly. If your lash artist is not licensed or trained properly, this is one of the most common things we see and it can be very harmful to the clients eyes!
